Vines, who is a managing partner of his family’s ENG truck-building firm, literally “grew-up” around ENG trucks. This comprehensive seminar covers all aspects of ENG safety with emphasis on the safe design and operation of ENG and SNG trucks. Ideal for any broadcaster with involvement in remote broadcasting, the seminar provides information on power line safety, ENG truck safety features, ENG safety certification, recent accidents, lightning and weather, carbon monoxide, and OSHA regulations. Most importantly, Vines explains and demonstrates the “Hop---Don’t Step” rule which can save lives if an ENG mast contacts power lines. The seminar also includes a set of checklists that attendees can take home to assess the safety level of their existing fleet.
